Elvington Brewery is inspired by the best Germanic and Bohemian lagers and is home to the highly acclaimed gold medal winning Mittel Pilsner and Mittel 3.8% Lager. Producing high quality lager takes time and effort. Elvington Brewery doesn't chase trends or take shortcuts. The bespoke lager brewery combines advanced brewing technology with traditional German lagering techniques. The brewery sources the finest malts from Germany, hand picked hops from Bavaria, uses a private yeast strain and a tailors their water composition to replicate the Bavarain water profile. All lagers are carefully cold conditioned for an extended maturation period. Taste the beer and you'll understand how Elvington Brewery took home the trophy for overall best keg lager at the International Brewing Awards! Look out for seasonal specials with a Germanic and Bohemian influence. In 2025, Elvington Brewery embarks on it's fourth expansion. The continued growth not only increases production, it brings a high volume bottling line and sees the addition of a tap room and restaurant from which freshly lagered Mittel beers can be enjoyed with a special view.
