Description:

Japanese style rice gose made with rice in place of wheat, brewed with sea salt and coriander, fermented with our fresh sour mixed culture, and conditioned on blackberries, passionfruit and sudachi (an intensely refreshing Asian citrus fruit used in place of lime). As to be expected in a sour gose, this beer is incredibly more-ish.
