Our giant corn is grown high up in Peru's Cuzco Valley, harvested with care, fried until golden, then tossed in sage, sea salt and white pepper. The result is a deep, savoury crunch with all the moreish bite of a pork scratching and none of the pork.
Vegan, gluten-free, and very much at home next to a cold beer.
It also happens to carry a fraction of the saturated fat of a traditional scratching.
