But after extensive research we’ve discovered that cheese and… onion go together surprisingly well. In fact, we think it might catch on! The sweetness of the slow-cooked red onion perfectly cuts through the sharpness of the cheese, delivering a huge flavour punch. Like the best ever cheese and onion crisps, but turned up to eleven.
