Description:

Our sixth release in this annual series is matured in first-fill ex-Oloroso casks from deep within our warehouse. In fact, the last time we used only Oloroso casks for a Sherry Cask Reserve release was our inaugural bottling in 2020! Whisky Director Joe has been very excited about bottling this release – “not only is the colour spectacular but the depth and character of the spirit is a once in 5 year release.”
