Crow tastes so good because unlike most ciders we use natural methods to stop the fermentation thereby maintaining some of the fruit's rich tasting sugars. This also prevents it becoming too strong and produces this perfect full juice cider with nothing added. Made from a blend of varieties including Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Somerset Redstreak, Kingston Black, Harry Masters Jersey and Yeovil Sour, Crow Cider was awarded Silver in the Breakthrough Cidermaker Awards.
