U.F.O. stands for Unidentified Forgotten Orchards and represents one of the main reasons we make cider in the first place, to use and help preserve traditional cider apple orchards. A dry version of the Rainbow cider, this is farmhouse cider as it comes and perfect for dry cider lovers. Specially selected in small batches to provide a blanced flavour profile with tannins and acidity, letting the finest fruit in Somerset's orchards speak for itself.
